Holiday season processing: 5–7 business days
Orders are shipped via USPS or UPS, and tracking information
is provided with each shipment.
Note: Candle Keeps Co. is not responsible for lost, stolen,
or damaged packages, but we will assist in filing carrier claims.
2. Local Pickup Policy (Ocala, FL)
Local pickup is available for Ocala, Florida customers.
Pickup orders are ready within 3–5 business days.
Customers will receive an email with:

Available pickup times
Confirmation instructions
Important: Please bring your order confirmation email when
picking up your items.
3. Holiday Ordering & Shipping Policy

Standard Shipping: Order by December 10
Priority Shipping: Order by December 15
Seasonal Processing Time
Orders placed in November–December may require 5–7 business
days to process.
