1. Processing Time

Standard processing: 3–5 business days

Holiday season processing: 5–7 business days

Orders are shipped via USPS or UPS, and tracking information
is provided with each shipment.

Note: Candle Keeps Co. is not responsible for lost, stolen,
or damaged packages, but we will assist in filing carrier claims.

2. Local Pickup Policy (Ocala, FL)
Local pickup is available for Ocala, Florida customers.

Pickup orders are ready within 3–5 business days.

Customers will receive an email with:

Confirmation instructions
Important: Please bring your order confirmation email when
picking up your items.
